This is for the clients who are physically able to handle higher heart rates. By doing seated exercises inside the chamber, the heart rate can be pushed above 150 beats/min for increased calorie burning.

• Hold each position for 10 seconds:

• Straighten and arch the back out, curl and pull back, relax, repeat.

• Tighten the stomach muscles, relax, repeat.

• Press legs against each other, relax, repeat.

• Lift legs an inch off the ground, relax, repeat.

• Push legs tightly against each other, relax, repeat.

• Repeat the above but open the legs wide and resist with arms by pushing legs back with hands placed on the thighs.

• Stretch arms out as far as you can reach and touch the chamber doors with the inside of the palms flattened against the doors, relax, repeat.
